Each piece of furniture is carefully assessed for fabric type, weave density, colour stability, and pH tolerance before cleaning begins. We don’t apply a one-solution-fits-all approach — we match the chemistry to the fibre:
- Alkaline pre-sprays (pH 8–10) are used for heavy-duty synthetic fibres where grease and body oils accumulate.
- Acidic or neutral cleaners (pH 4–7) are selected for natural fabrics such as cotton, wool, or linen to prevent fading, fibre distortion, or dye migration.
- Encapsulation and hot-water extraction methods are used where appropriate, ensuring soil and residue are fully removed without overwetting the fabric.
We also offer fabric deodorising and sanitising treatments, which neutralise odours and eliminate bacteria using non-toxic, plant-based formulas safe for families and pets.
