TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order over the phone or via our website by email customers are bound to the following ATB Cleaning Services’ Terms and Conditions:

  1. Clear and safe access must be provided to all areas to be cleaned.
  2. Details of the property address and location of any keys must be provided as requested.
  3. ATB Cleaning Services may require the presence of the customer or his/her representative in the beginning and at the end of the cleaning session as an inspection can be carried out and if any corrections, it should be made on the same day.
  4. Parking to be available on site or close by. Any car parking charges to be paid by customer when making the booking of the service.
  5. Hot water and electricity must be available for the duration of the clean.
  6. The customer is responsible to prepare the area for cleaning. Areas to be cleaned upon request should be emptied and ready for cleaning.
  7. The well-being and safety of our employees are of paramount importance to ATB Cleaning Services. In our commitment to prevent injuries, our cleaning personnel are prohibited from climbing above the second step on a step stool or ladder, moving items exceeding 10 kg in weight, cleaning floors on hands and knees (except for bathroom floors), or using any means other than a step stool or ladder to access elevated areas. However, if customers wish to have areas behind large furniture or appliances cleaned, we can accommodate such requests, provided that customers move these items away from the wall before our scheduled cleaning service.
  8. For health and safety reasons, ATB Cleaning Services refrains from cleaning pet beds,
    litter boxes, or addressing situations involving vomit, urine, or fecal matter. Customers are kindly requested to inform our office of any specific requirements essential for their pets’ well-being. Please note that ATB Cleaning Services cannot be held responsible in the event of a pet escaping or running away from the premises during our service.
  9. The Satisfactory Declaration must be signed by the customer at the end of the clean before the team leave site as once the Satisfactory Declaration has been signed this will agree that the work has been completed to the customers’ satisfaction.
  10. If customer or his/her representative is not in the position to carry out the inspection at the end of the completed job, the customer must report any complaints within 24h from completion of the service.
  11. The customer accepts and understands that poor service, breakage/damage must be reported within 24 hours from service date. Failure to do so will entitle customer to no recovery.
  12. ATB Cleaning Services may take up to 7 working days to respond to a complaint.
  13. ATB Cleaning Services will not accept a complaint based on an Inventory check report filed later than 24-hour after the cleaning session.
  14. Complaints are accepted in writing text messaging/email/letter
  15. If the customer is not completely satisfied with a cleaning job, ATB Cleaning Services will re-clean any areas and items to customer’s satisfaction, if reported in 24h after completion of job. ATB Cleaning Services will send the same cleaner.
  16. In rare cases, due to unforeseen circumstances ATB may need to reschedule your booking, this is only when it is necessary and completely out of the control of ATB themselves.
  17. If the customer has any valuables, including collectibles or expensive objects,
    please inform our office so that we can make note of it on your account. The customer is responsible for notifying ATB if he would like to avoid cleaning or handling these items. Please secure any money, credit cards, and checkbooks before the cleaning service, as ATB are not responsible for missing currency.
  18. We do not clean wool carpets.
  19. Cancellations – any cancellations can be made or rescheduled providing a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given. If you cancel before 48 hours you will receive a full refund to the payment information on file. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking,
    your booking is credited to your account to use whenever you’d like. If you cancel within 24 hours, it is a non-refundable.
  20. When booking any of our cleaning services, you must select the appropriate package for your house needs. If you do not, we are not liable for it to be a completed move out/move in and most likely will not confirm the booking.
  21. If you choose Hourly rate cleaning service, we transfer all the responsibilities of damage/not proper cleaning/unsatisfactory cleaning on Independent Cleaning Contractor (ICC) assigned by ATB Cleaning Services. We do not hold any responsibility for the damage/ not proper cleaning. ATB Cleaning Services may assist in communication process between the customer and independent cleaning contractor in case of complaint.
  22. ATB Cleaning Services do not hold any responsibility for any extra service, provided by ICC which has been requested by the customer directly to ICC during the course of cleaning service.
  23. When a client enters into an agreement for services with ATB Cleaning Services, the client understands that they will pay a [€2,500] training fee to ATB Cleaning Services if they engage in a working relationship directly with any employee of ATB Cleaning Services during the course of service other than through ATB Cleaning Services.
  24. Payments – The full payment should be made prior the completion of the service and we have only two payment options. ATB employs secure payment processing methods to protect your payment details. Payments can be made on the website www.atbclean.ie with debit or credit cards or on the phone with a card reader. ATB Cleaning Services do not take cash for security reasons.
  25. ATB Cleaning Services do not accept cheques.
  26. All discount codes, vouchers or gift cards can only be applied when you book through the website www.atbclean.ie.
  27. When selecting a recurring plan (monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly), customers will be billed a monthly charge at the appropriate discounted rate for subsequent cleaning services, with the discount applying to ongoing services. If a customer cancels a scheduled cleaning service with at least 48 hours’ notice, a full refund will be issued to their card. For the initial service, customers are obligated to pay the full amount without any applied discount, and the discount will subsequently apply to all ongoing services.
  28. ATB prioritizes the security of the customer’s data and payment details,
    utilizing industry-standard encryption and access controls.
  29. ATB reserves the right to modify prices, terms, and conditions as necessary. Customers subscribed to recurring plans will be notified in advance of any such changes.
  30. ATB prioritizes safety and transparency in the cleaning services. Detailed information about the used chemicals, including safety data sheets for each chemical, is available for the customer’s reference. The safety data sheets can be found for our cleaning products on the website or by contacting ATB’s customer support team.
