How Do I Book My Cleaning?

Follow the step in our easy-going calculator in the “Book now” page.

  1. Choose your cleaning type (Regular, Deep, Move-In/Move-Out*, After builders).
  2. Select the number of rooms to be cleaned in your house.
  3. Estimate your house size.
  4. Add any extras you want (e.g., windows or inside the oven).
  5. Choose your cleaning frequency for possible discounts.
  6. Include specific instructions or comments if needed.
  7. Review your booking details, pay and confirm.
  8. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with a checklist listing the jobs that we will do.

*When booking a Move-in/Move-out cleaning you MUST select the move-in move out package. If you do not, we are not liable for it to be a completed move out/move in and most likely will not confirm the booking.

What Is Included in A Regular Cleaning?

Included:

  • 1 Kitchen (clean of the sink, counter tops, stove top, back splash, and the table)
  • 1 Bathroom (complete toilet clean, shower, tub, drain)
  • 1 Bedrooms (shelving, nightstands, bed frames, tidy up bed, bed linen can be changed upon request)
  • 1 Living room
  • Dust all accessible furniture
  • Clean all glass (inside windows are extra)
  • Remove any trash in bins and replace liners
  • Vacuum upholstered furniture
  • Vacuum floors
  • Mop all hard surface floors

Excluded:

  • All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)
  • The extra time included in deep cleans allows for more detailed work in the above-mentioned works.
What Is Included in A Deep Cleaning?

Included:

  • 1 Kitchen (deep clean of the sink, counter tops, stove top, back splash, table, appliances and cabinets exterior wiped, inside the microwave and inside the oven)
  • 1 Bathroom (Clean and disinfect toilet, shower, tub, drain, Clean and scrub shower head, shower and shower head hose, all stainless steel are polished)
  • 1 Bedrooms (shelving, nightstands, bed frames, tidy up bed, bed linen can be changed upon request)
  • 1 Living room
  • Remove cobwebs in all rooms
  • Detailed dusting all accessible furniture
  • Dust the blinds
  • Clean all glass (inside windows are extra)
  • Remove any trash in bins and replace liners
  • Vacuum upholstered furniture
  • Vacuum floors
  • Mop all hard surface floors
  • Wipe skirting boards
  • Clean and disinfect light switches & Door handles

Excluded:

  • All Other Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)
What Is Included in A Move Out/Move in Cleaning?

When booking a Move Out/Move In clean, you can expect an all-inclusive service. This is our most detailed package and includes 6 of the 14 extra services we offer which you can add to any level of service. These extras include: Inside microwave, Inside oven, extractor, inside fridge, inside cabinets, and inside all windows. This clean is intended to turn the home someone once lived in, into its original state and ready for new homeowners.
Please note, the clean of the oven is for a regular size oven. If you have a double oven, or cooker, you have to choose it from the extras.

What is included in an After Builders Cleaning?

After builders cleaning is a type of service that is performed after construction or renovation work has been completed. It involves thoroughly cleaning and removing all the dust, debris, and other materials that have accumulated during the construction and renovation work.

 
Which Service Do You Recommend for First Time Clients?

A deep clean is recommended for all first-time cleaning by ATB. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a standard weekly regular cleaning. We can also make packages to suit everyone’s needs. Call us for further information.

 
Cancellations And Refunds

If you cancel before 48 hours you will receive a full refund to the payment information on file.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, your booking is credited to your account to use whenever you’d like.

If you cancel within 24 hours, it is a non-refundable.

What Are Your Hours of Operation?

Our hours of operation are:
Monday – Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: 9am-5pm
Sunday: 10am-5pm

Is There a Rescheduling Fee?

We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ for further information.

How Do I Update Billing?

You can go to My Account page and on the Address tab you can change the billing address.

What If I Want to Skip This Weeks Clean? Will I Still Be Charged?

No, Unless it’s within the 48-hour window. Within this two-day window if you decide to cancel, the clean will be credited to your account at no penalty for future use.

Will The Same Cleaner Come Every-Time?

Yes, upon request. Please understand that cleaners have personal lives, and can get sick, or request leave. If that occurs, we’ll ask to either reschedule, or send a different cleaner.

Do I Have to Be Home When the Cleaners Arrive Or Depart?

You do not! However, if it’s your first time signing up for an ATB cleaning services, initial introductions always help develop the personable relationship with your home specialist.

Can I Trust Your Cleaners? Are They Background Checked?

You sure can! Our cleaners had being garda vetted and background checked. We vet the best, and get rid of the rest.

Does ATB Use Toxic Cleaners?

In some instances, “Harsh” chemicals are strictly used on tough to clean areas. For example, a glass shower door with calcium buildup will require descaler to clean.

What If Something Breaks?

This seldomly occurs but accidents do happen. Please contact our office immediately to work with our insurance to get the object of value replaced.

Am I Charged Upon Booking?

Yes, this is to ensure your day and time is reserved.

Are Your Prices Negotiable?

No, our rates are calculated by the information you provide on our booking page. We provide some of the lowest rates in the industry.

How Do I Cancel My Account?

You can go to My Account page and on the Delete Account tab you can delete your account

Is mold cleaning included in the Deep Cleaning package or Move In/ Move out package?

No, mold cleaning is a separately charged service based on investigating the issue at the property.
